By booking a photoshoot with me I understand that you accept the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking

You can book a session by contacting me through my email, contact form, or social media.

A transfer of the £20 booking fee to my bank account or PayPal is necessary to secure the date. This will go towards the fee for your chosen package.

A remaining balance needs to be transferred to my account or PayPal on the day of the session. You can change the package on the day of the session at the latest.

Willing to attend sessions you must entrust me with your name and surname, e-mail address, home address, and telephone number to enable contact in matters regarding information and the provision of services.

You can reschedule/cancel the photoshoot up to 48hours before but the booking fee is not refundable.

In the event of bad weather conditions we can reschedule (in the event of gusty rain, wind or storm. Dark clouds are not a reason to cancel the photo session. In case of illness, we also arrange a new date). If you want to proceed with the scheduled session and rain, etc. limits the time and/or images that we're able to be captured, I will deliver all usable images and I will not refund the money.

Please do not be late for an outdoor photo session. If you are running late do not forget to let me know by sending a text or email. The time you are late will be deducted from the photoshoot time, which is usually about 1h.

Please take only the necessary things with you. I can keep your mobile phone or keys in my backpack for the time of the session.

Please note, I am not doing any Photoshop corrections like making somebody slimmer, changing the hair colour, and retouching the entire skin. Modifications to the appearance only concern the removal of individual blemishes, minor bruises, cuts that are not permanent.

I don’t share RAWs format. I will select photos at my discretion and I will edit all photos I find usable to match my natural style of editing. You will receive a full gallery of processed photos via the Zalamo.com website up to 4 weeks from the day of the session. Through it, you select shots in the amount consistent with the selected package. The printout of the prints is from exactly the same electronic files selected by you. The gallery consists of photos selected and processed in Lightroom in .jpg format. 

You will receive an email with the link to your private online photo gallery within 1-2 weeks.

The gallery will be open for you for the next 14 days within which you have to choose your favourite photos according to your package and download them.

The prints – according to the package – will be available to collect from my address or can be delivered to you by Royal Mail within 28 days after you decide on your favourite photographs. I am not responsible for any delays caused by any of my suppliers.

You can purchase additional photos for £5 each, that is for digital format only.

I keep the files for six months from the date of the photo session. After this time, they are removed from my disks and there is no way to recover them.

All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Ms. Monika Clicks.

You are obtaining digital files and a print release. I am not responsible for color and print quality for prints obtained through vendors outside of Ms. Monika Clicks. Prints obtained through Ms. Monika Clicks are for personal use only. You shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions by parties other than me. Prints for publication (such as editorial, public relations, or advertising use) require prior written consent from Ms. Monika Clicks.

Images received from me may not be changed from their original version in any way. This includes but is not limited to: turning color images to black and white, adding text, cropping (except posting on Instagram), or color accenting. Photographs are hand edited to my style, standards and reflect on the artist. Unedited images will not be given to you and any third party under any circumstance.

On my part, I undertake to protect your image by not sharing photos without your knowledge and prior consent for any purposes other than those indicated below, and not sharing any of your personal data other than names.

The opportunity to show off the photos taken by yourself is an important element in the activity of every photographer. For this reason, I’d love to share the results of our photoshoot on my website, blog and social media platforms, sometimes also in printed promotional materials – i.e. in albums, on a paper leaflet. 

By participating in the session, you agree/do not agree to the use of your image and names for the promotion of my work as described above. You can inform about the consent on the day of the session or after viewing the gallery. Remember, in accordance with the law, consent to share the image may be withdrawn at any time. 

You can share my Facebook albums and gallery links through the use of “share” functions on social media sites or upload photos on its own but you agree to tag me on Instagram and Facebook by using either of the examples:

Ms. Monika Clicks takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, editing, and transportation of digital files. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed within or beyond Photographer’s control, Photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a reshoot can be scheduled at no additional cost. 

Preparing outfits for sessions is on the client’s side, I recommend simple colors and patterns (without any flashy or strong patterns).  As for the home session preferably in colors that match the interior, or classic black and white outfits.

In case of doubts, you can always consult me on the choice. I also have a few dresses (including maternity dresses), hats, and blankets which you can use at no extra cost for a time of a photoshoot.
